Karakol Lake, Kazakhstan

We present a video demonstrating a journey on six off-roaders to the Karakol Lake located on the border of three countries: China, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. It is situated about 350 kilometers away from Almaty.

This journey took place in August 2016. First, we set up a camp by the lake three kilometers above sea level. Then we climbed up 3,570 meters, where we enjoyed a magnificent view of Khan Tengri peak that was 42 km from us. We were fascinated by its power and grace. This majestic mountain rises 7,010 meters above sea level! In this place we enjoyed incredible beauty. Majestic Khan Tengri rises right in front of you and a bit to the right there is a view of the famous Victory Peak, 7,439 meters high.

Summer jeep-tour, Kazakhstan

Driving powerful jeeps, we visited various corners of the famous Ulken Buguty mountains. Once it used to be forbidden to travel here, since geologists explored the area. But it didn’t stop us; moreover, it provided an incentive for an exciting trip.

On the way, we encountered lots of natural obstacles. With some of them being created by humans. Moreover, the road ended in the most unfavorable place. For example, under the wheels while driving, old and abandoned day holes could suddenly appear.

Winter jeep-tour, Kazakhstan

In winter, we decided to repeat the route through the Ulken Buguty mountains. Of course, our company has already visited the place, but the trip turned out to be extremely difficult. The most important factor that complicated the route was the weather. Due to the very low temperature and wind, travelers had a hard time. Roads were just invisible! This made the expedition long, but incredibly exciting!

Each team member got a dose of adrenaline when overcoming numerous obstacles.
